Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
